I know we can be moody or insecure sometimes but can that happen to dogs?

We started our usual morning walk about 6.45am, bit later than usual, Mina excited as usual but after a short while she picked something up and ate it. I told her off, "what you got? drop it," which she ignored. The rest of the walk alternated with her tail down and lagging behind me to tail up, sniffing and confident. Got her home, she goes straight to the garden and lies down on the lawn, seemingly quite contented.

Oh yes, and they are all different. I've had dogs I could not tell off or they would go into their shell for the rest of the day, and others that when I tell them off look me straight in the eye and say "Yer, and up yours too fella!" It's about knowing your dog and how it reacts. Bethany was a bit like George Orwell's "Animal Farm" "Four legs good, two legs bad!" You could never get on top of her or she would find a way of getting her own back. Anna was a brilliant working gundog, but speak strict and that would finish her for the rest of the day. Chloe would love to be like Beth, but she has a little of Anna in her, "Dad doesn't love me any more!"
