We've got a load of these. They seem to come free with some of the leads. But I don't know what we're meant to do with them!

I believe they're to slip around/under a normal collar and attach to a headcollar, so the lead clip goes through those two rings and the headcollar ring. It's a safety thing incase the dog manages to remove it's headcollar it's still attached by that strap to the normal collar.
