Hi :)

As you all know Harvey started to limp a few weeks ago and was x-rayed about 10 days ago. The report has just come back from the specialists, and apparently he has damaged a ligament, not a muscle strainn. So we have to rest him for another 6 weeks, and he's back on Rimadyl.

So fingers crossed that will do the trick!

Fay :)

He said short on lead walks - no running off the lead, and no jumping around. It did start to improve last week, but over the weekend, when we are all at home, he was more excited and it got worse :(

Thank you Vidhya - at least he does like to sleep a lot :)

Hi Labrazil and Paul :)

Thanks for the messages - It will be hard to stop him playing, but worth it in the end. Just want him to be better, bless him!

Hi Fay,

Poor Harvey.

Hard things is though, his body may need resting but he still has active mind eh?

Make a Lab rest for 6 weeks is like making tea in a chocolate tea pot surely !

 Rhoni - the little monkeys!

Thanks Kev - it will probably be the longest 6 weeks ever :)
Plus we are going on holiday a week Sunday, so I won't be here to keep an eye on him  He's staying with my partners parents - but I've promised everyone I'm not going to be ringing them everyday
