Well i am really looking for ward for my Birthday i have got a birthday present all ready on two week in Sunday me and both my brothers and all his pals are going to do some paint ball and I'm looking forward to it

I remember doing a laser quest thingy some years ago and boy did I ache the next day. Muscles I never knew existed ached!

I loved it when i did it a few years ago (and planning on doing it for my 40th next year)..

As others have said, wear "thick" clothes, but not too many as you can quite hot running about
