Poor little Sunni is teething at the moment. He's lost all his front top and bottom teeth and the adults ones are coming through.

He still has the rest of his puppy teeth but he's reluctant to eat doggy biscuit treats at the moment and is chewing his rawhides right at the back of his jaws.

Jess has just started to lose hers. She started at 15 weeks. Was a gummy bear but surprising how quickly the adult ones cut through!

We've noticed that her tongue is a slightly different colour at the mo...bit darker...it's not blood stained...just a different colour!!!! lol. Presume that's linked to her teething.

We also noticed that over the last couple of weeks she's been chewing her toys a lot more....esp towards the back of her mouth.

Sunni is 19 weeks now. Yes those puppy teeth are certainly very pointy and sharp!

Teething can start any time after about 12 weeks, and finish at around 6 months. Yes, they can start to chew more so keep a close eye on the corners of rugs and cupboards!!

Alfie's 16 weeks today..and he is chewing everything even the corners of the door frame which he's never touched before.. :D
Hopefully he's on his way to losing them as he's learned to be doft with his mouth just sometimes those teeth still catch.
