Minnie and I had a training session and a "flirt pole" was suggested as a way of teaching impulse control.

Plus it sounds like Min would love it.

I have found 3 for sale on ebay but all are in the USA so have huge delivery costs. I have found cat things but they look too feathery and not strong enough.

Amazingly amazon have not got any listed.

Anybody seen one for sale anywhere?

Thanks,

Mandy

Brilliant, thanks for that link.

Just what I was looking for and didn't arrive at, love the kong one but may make my own (well OH)

Our trainer suggested it as a great way to exercise Min on a day when I am in too much pain but also for impulse control as she will working for me in highly exciting situations (sometimes !) and she is a chocolate lab with all of that adrenalin.

I never knew they had a name. My agility instructor had one that was a riding whip (the sort with a long tail - a lunge whip?) with a piece of fur on the end. Coco just wanted to kill it!
