That is so sad, poor dog. When will people realise that an overweight dog is just as cruel as starving a dog... it has no life as can hardly walk, health issues, etc etc :evil:

That's really weird - one perfectly happy healthy dog, and one grossly overweight dog? Makes me think there are underlying problems with the dog's health as well. Probably not JUST having a stupid owner.
