Lovely Robbie is now ready to find a wonderful forever home. You can find his full rehoming page on our website, here:

I think he's beautiful :love7:

Robbie is a 13 year old Labrador x Staffie (my perfect mix!).

Robbie has greeted all dogs, large and small, with a friendly wag of the tail and an invitation to play. Robbie is not living with another dog in foster care but may be OK to live with another calm dog.

Robbie has also proven himself to be very good with the cats in his foster home, after an initial settling in period, so he would be fine to live with cats in his forever home, given sensible introductions :)

Robbie has not lived with children and although he was calm when he met a child while out on a walk, we are looking for a home without children.

This gorgeous boy loves walks and travels well in the car.

Robbie's foster mum says he is: "Well behaved, obliging, friendly and steady. Robbie has been a joy to have and if I were more mobile I would not be able to part with him. He bonded with me very quickly and there is no reason to believe that he wouldn’t do so again with whoever is lucky enough to have him in their lives. He has been the perfect guest and a truly good friend but deserves a forever home now with someone who can get out and about a little more than I can.”

Robbie is in foster in Devon. He can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, subject to a satisfactory home visit, but potential adopters must be happy to travel to the foster home in Devon to meet him.

What a sweet old boy! Sadly there doesn't seem to be very much interest in "second hand dogs" at the moment.
