Hi! Noticed my 6 month old lab pup Oscar wiggles his bum quite a bit when walking, and also begins to bunny hop when running. It's especially obvious when he's running downhill with his back legs splayed out. Worried about hip dysplasia, any thoughts??

Personally I'd not be overly concerned. The down hill I think is simply because the ground is falling away from him. The second vid he looks just a little loose in his movement. The legs are quite straight and parallel, no obvious signs of holding the hips in. Obviously nobody can "see" the hips, so if he develops a limp then it might be worth while getting the hips ex-rayed, but were it me I'd not bother unless there is a limp.

It's always difficult to tell from videos, particularly just one angle and you can't see the ground they're on properly, but I can't see anything that would make me particularly worry from those two short clips. He's not got as clean movement as some, but not anything I'd personally worry about.
