Hi everyone..

Oscar woke up this morning with a very red ear, his right one. When he got up he scratched and shook his head a bit, but has left it alone since then. I thought it was red because he slept on the hard floor on that side, but it still looks red and maybe even inflamed a little.

Can anyone tell me where I should go from here? Should I try to clean it etc? Vet visit, or wait it's course?

Thanks Linda :)

Not sure what to do, every time I take him to the vet, I spend vast amounts of cash, only for him to recover minutes later..so I don't want to rush him off just yet, if I should just wait and see how it looks tomorrow.

If it was me (i am no expert trust me), i would give his ears a little clean with warm salty water and keep an eye on it :) I am not sure if thornit would be any use to hope someone is about the give you advice :?

PS i always used to rush mine to vet all the time, trying to be a bit more sensible like you now, so you are not alone :D
