Its a bit of a long shot but in August we are coming down for a family wedding, down on Fri 9th Aug home on Mon 12th Aug, we can leave the girls with someone at home but would kinda like to take them with us but would need them looked after all day on the Saturday when we're at the wedding and evening do.

Does anyone know of any 2 Choc lab friendly accommodation that we could stay at (wedding is in Churston, reception in Kingswear) and know anyone that we could leave the girls with on the Saturday?

I know its a big ask but would love to be able to revisit some old haunts and walks with them on the Sunday and Monday, they do love the beach so much!

Thanks in advance!

You are lovely Lacey! You're more than welcome to bring the boys to Surrey for a long weekend to come and look after them if you like!! Mind you after spending 4 days with Hammy you would soon change your mind! :) xxx

Are they cat friendly, if so I have a friend in Paignton that I am sure would love to look after them for you. The cat is very dog savvy. When my friend comes to stay she always brings the cat and my two let her be boss.

Hello, I suggest that you try Blue Chip Holidays pet friendly cottages: http://www.bluechipholidays.co.uk/dog-friendly-cottages.html. Check out their cottages. Aside from pet friendly, they are located at wonderful areas such as near the beach or the coast. You can walk with your pet in the beach. Torquay is the perfect place for that. Check out this blog post relating a pet friendly vacation experience in Torquay. http://familyvacationsideas.blogspot.com/2010/11/pet-friendly-walk-during-torquay-your.html

We stayed at Dittiscombe Holiday Cottages which were lovely and they recommend local kennels if you want to leave your dog whilst you go off for the day, which might be useful. I think its about 8 miles from where you want to be.

(Glad you posted this, Ive just been back to their website and seen our quote on the home page from the Hickman family. It was our last holiday with Marley, hence the memories)
