After a very succesful experiment with the beefburger cake at the weekend...my creative juices started flowing :wink:

My friend has a westie who is intolerant to wheat so the normal liver cake type of stuff is no good.

Then i had a thought...how about doggy flapjack 8O I'm assuming oats are ok for most dogs btw, would be grateful for the info if anyone knows different.

Messed around, blitzed the liver in the blender with a clove of garlic and simply stirred in enough porridge oats to make a flapjack consistency. Banged it in the oven for half an hour and out came a chewy liver flapjack.

OH thinks I've gone barmy and is half expecting branston pickle fairy cakes when he gets home from work :roll:
