I went to paws in the park today. Jet and I had a great time exploring, he tried out a couple of paddling pools, sampled lots of treats and got a new toy.

It's a busy Buddy rawhide bouncy bone. It has a purple bouncy ball in the middle and bone shaped ends which twist off so you can put rawhide treat disks on it and then twist the ends back on behind them. He spent ages just playing with it and carrying it around, then he settled down to give it a good old chew and it took him about 20 mins to finish the disks. He's been putting it on my lap all afternoon and I just know he's trying to say "mum put some new disks on" :lol: :lol:

It cost me about a fiver and it was money well spent as early signs show he loves it to bits :lol: :lol:

I got one for Lottie from Padfoot Pets. But,the raw hide discs gave her terrible wind
She still loves it though,even though I don't

I had a busy buddy dumbell thing, that you put treats in the end of, but I found that Bracken just couldn't get the treats out at all and she lost all interest in it.

It takes her 50 mins to destuff a frozen kong filled with soaked kibble, but I'm always looking for other boredom busting things to leave the dogs with while I'm at work, before/after the dog walker comes.

Please excuse the fact it's on the worktop, I think I'll ration him to a couple of times a week just in case he gets windy (thanks for that Barabra!)

Bought a new collar and lead from Lesley and had a great time. Loads of socialising for Marley!

Bailey's got one & loves it , i bought it for his Birthday later this month but he pinched it out of the bag before i could stop him :lol: :lol: You can get the replacement rawhide rings at [email protected] i think the large size are £6.99.

I've just been to [email protected] and passed by this bone....I couldn't not buy it, could I!!

So, Indy now has a new toy, it replaces one of her Nylabones she's managed to destroy. The rawhide discs were dispensed with in around 10 minutes, she's onto the bone itself now :lol:
