I think we need a bigger house... This is getting out of control.

Any tips for crating 2 labs and a little pug/shih-tzu cross?
When older, should the labs just go into one big crate?

Thats up to you. I normally decrate my pups at about a year old. By that time the chewing should be over and bean bag beds take a lot less space. Though I must admit Chloe was a little older before I decrated her because at that time I was spending every day in hospital having treatment. She was quite happy in her crate and it was one less thing for me to have to worry about.

No advice from me, I've got five crates set up around the house in strategic positions.
