Hi everyone!
I'm new to the forum and we are waiting on our Fox Red puppy (we still have a few weeks before we get to pick) but are already thinking of names. We aren't sure yet if we are getting male or female but know we want to include something that has to do with the color red.

We are from Baltimore, Maryland in the US and live near the Chesapeake Bay. Old Bay seasoning (which is a redish - orange color) is a staple around here...like part of Baltimore culture you could say and we would love to have "old bay" in the dogs registered name but I just don't want it to be "old bay" by itself, kwim? We love Bay as a call name.
Any suggestions?

TIA!

Hello :D

Roxy rhymes with Foxy if you catch my drift

Ruby? Maybe, or Rosy they're all reddish sounding :D

I was thinking Ruby too, or Vixen (as in female fox).

Rowan.

For a male - Red (or to be different - Redd), Ginger, Copper. Is Renard French for fox?

I'm no good at names :?

Hi and Welcome to the forum :D

This is a forum which is based in England so you might get unfamiliar names suggested!! 8)

I can only think of boys names:-

Fox Red = FRED

Bay = BAYDEN (this was the name of my favourite uncle)

Both of these could be used as call names :D

Chel and Dilys xxx
