Jester has a crate in the living room, under the stairs. The breeder recommended them and we bought it from [email protected] for £88.00!! will buy the next one from ebay.
One of the reasons we bought it was to give the dog some space away from my kids if he wants to go to sleep we put him in there if we didnt the girls constantly think that he wants to play. Also at night he goes in there to sleep and if we are out he's in it.
He has half of it covered with his blanket and the other half has a puppy pad down and he is coming on really well with his house training he very rarely goes in the crate apart from a couple of occasions but he went on the pad.
I would recommend them now myself.
