we only crate rosze our 9mth old choccy lab as she destroyed our house when we left her for just over a hour..lol..
so we bought a 48" crate like you from ebay for £48-49 brand new deleivered after 2 days and she goes in it when we leave the house
i was very against crates my personal opinion just didnt like them but now i take that back they are great..lol.. my home stays chew free while we are out and i can feel safe in the knowledge rosze is fine in her crate with water and toys and bones..lol..
hopefully after a year we can put the crate away and not use it again hers hoping anyway..lol. as its huge..LOL..
