The other thing I feel is that the Vets will always say well you should get it done because of Testicular cancer, well what about liver or bowl cancer, do you want to take them too just in case!!!! There was a time when dogs didn't have their bits off and they didn't have the choice of all the dog foods outs there but still they survived ok :)

Testicular cancer is a very small risk, pyometra is a greater risk in bitches, but I still let my girls mature fully before spaying, and may re-evaluate that as I don't like the thought of such a large operation on my girls.
