The blood in the poo normally indicates an irritated bowel lining its normally accompanied by mucus.

If your puppy is bouncy and running around, and drinking normally then maybe switch to some chicken and rice or fish and rice or alternatively a tin of chappie dog food for a few days to give the bowel time to recover, also add some probiotic yoghurt and honey to the food.

However, IF puppy should get lethargic, start vomiting, act out of character, then at such a young age you should get him down the vet ASAP as they can become dehydrated very quickly.
