thanks :)

here's the recipe!
needed...
350g chicken
4 eggs
half cup of olive oil
half cup of oat meal
cup of flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
half cup of grated carrot
chopped fresh parsley
2 tubs of cream cheese
doggy choc

method.
*preheat oven to 180C and grease cake tin
* chop chicken and blend with eggs and oil untill a paste.
* Grate carrot and add it along with the chopped parsley to the chicken/egg/oil mix
* into a large mixing bowl, sift flour and add baking powder and oatmeal, stir together
* make a well in the flour mix and pour in the chicken/veg/oil/egg mix
*mix flour and chicken mix together untill resembling a cake mix.
* pour into the cake tin
* bake for approx 50 mins.

*whisk up cream cheese to make icing.
*chop up doggy buttons into crumbs.
*ice cake sides and role in chopped up doggy buttons, ice the top!

easy peasy!

Rats!!! Thanks for the recipe Jenni - unfortunately it contains oatmeal and flour - which himself is allergic to - though I am wondering if it was made for his housewarming party for all his mates, whether a small slice would be ok!!!
