Decided to give ourselves time out in July and we're hoping to head down to Cornwall / Devon and introduce Milo to the beach / sea. Done loads of searching online and cant quite find the sort of place we're after (i.e no chintz or porcelain ;-). Ideally something that has direct access to the beach - something a little spoiling.

Wondered if any of you have a recommendation ?

Hi Scotty, Sarah & Milo,

We stayed at a place called Devon cliffs just outside Exmouth last year. They allow Dogs and also they have a lovely beach, also they have a lovely long walk along the coastline too. Just a thought

Of course if you fancya trip across the solent to the Isle of Wight then we have some fantastic Beaches and countryside to explore, Ben loves it here.

Hi Scotty,Sarah and Milo,

Devon has so many great places it would be difficult to recommend any individual one 8O

If you look at this site www.beautiful-devon.co.uk it lists everything from towns and villages, sights, accomadation (even dog friendly ones) and has loads of pictures. You can then decide where abouts you want to stay to achieve the most for you all during your visit

If you're close to us.......Bailey would love to show you some of his favourite spots
