Hi all . Does anyone have any knowledge or experience of PAWS . This is a project that has grown from the work that dogs for the disabled does and it's about ways which a pet dog can help children with autism . Any information would be greatly appreciated

The website http://paws.dogsforthedisabled.org/ has lots of info as does the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/DogsfortheDisabled. The University of Lincoln is currently undertaking research in association with PAWS so there is quite a lot of new stuff in the pipeline too - the full reports, an short summaries of the most recent studies on the impact of assistance dogs with children with autism can be found by following the links on this page http://paws.dogsforthedisabled.org/research-project/research-on-dogs-and-children-with-asd/
