Default need an escape proof harness

I think the time has come to get a harness for our lab as she can easily slip her collar off as her head is small, today she panicked when a cyclist was coming towards us and managed to slip off her collar and ran back right next to a busy main road, she came running straight back when i called her but it could have been a lot worse. i am after a harness that she will not be able to slip, when panicked she pulls straight back on the lead and reverses, hence why her collar slips off. can any one recommend any good ones, there seems to be a lot out there.

Even harnesses can be pulled off. I'd go with either a slip lead or a martingale collar like one of these
