Default Walking times

I think at 10 months Ruby is still a puppy. Just wondering how much exercise I can give her a day now?
I used to follow the process of 10 minutes for every month but she is an absolute ball of energy and causes trouble when not exercised much.
Do I still need to follow this guideline? I don’t want to overdo things and cause problems in later life for her
Also is there any maximum time I should do in one go?

Were it me I'd drop it back to twice a day and gradually work up to an hour a time. Don't do it all at once, the difference between 20 minutes and an hour is a lot of walking, but that's what I would be working up to. When my dogs are working they are out from around 9.30am until around 4pm. Although most of that time they are sitting quietly beside me.
