Any further ideas on what I should do?
In the words of corporal Jones, "Don't panic!"

If she is drinking, her poos are fine and she's happy and active then it's extremely unlikely that there is anything wrong. It really sounds a hormonal thing. Chloe is VERY hormonal at the moment and if she does not eat a meal I pick it up and that's that. No messing. (I have to because if I leave it down Amy will eat it, and at her age she is going down on her hind legs, so any extra weight on her legs will do her no good.)

Personally I'd not panda to her. If the food was ok then it's still ok! As to wet or dry, I always feed wet to babies, simply to make sure there is enough moisture in their stomach to be able to process the food. But from about 6 months, once the adult teeth are through, I start feeding dry. I always feel that crunching on the hard food helps to keep the teeth clean, where soft wet food can stick around the teeth causing decay. But that's just my thought on the matter.
