Default Raw bones

I picked up some beef bones from my butcher and after getting onto the topic of dogs, he offered me a big bag at no charge.

They are quite big.. not entirely sure what kind of bone exactly but not weight bearing (which is pretty much the only thing i know to avoid, bone wise). I will post some pics later on when I get home - advanced warning for anyone squeamish!.

Does anyone feed raw bones on here? Do you give them for certain amounts of time and then take them away? Graham will chew until it's gone if he could but as they have still got a little bit of meat on i don't want him gorging on it and being ill later on.

Also, as I have a few, do you keep them in the freezer or the fridge?
