Default Toilet training - next step

We have a 9 week old lab, who seems to be getting on alright.

Sleeping in a crate from around 11.15 until 7am, without any accidents and appears happy.

She is letting us know when she wants out for a poo during the day and we are taking her out for a pee after waking and eating but she doesn’t let us know when she needs a pee so we have had a couple of accidents in the house.

My question is how do we get her to let us know when she needs a pee so we can take her out?

Thanks

Sounds like you are doing everything right. Carry on taking her out at regular intervals and she will catch on. In all honesty she is still VERY young and if she was a human baby of that age nobody would expect it to be clean for several months. I've had pups clean in 3 days, but treated exactly the same I've had pups unreliable during the day at 18 weeks old and not clean at night until well over 6 months old. All pups are different.
