To my lovely girl...
It wasn't meant to be you, but I guess in a way, fate had a hand in it and took your brother away so we could have you in our lives instead. And I am so very glad that happened.
You were a long waited for pup and just the easiest little 7wk old chunky monkey that I have ever known or heard of...... looking back now, it showed me the type of girl you were destined to be. We had a bit of a tough time when you were 6 months old which meant we were on our own but you took it all in your stride and made it all seem so much better, you coped with me going to work and being left longer than you had before... but did you complain, or start chewing...? No, you just slept your way through it and told me you and me would be ok.
When we met daddy, it was love at first sight for you and him and you have been inseperable every since, the bond you two share is wonderful and one I loved watching grow.
You have turned your paw to EVERYTHING I've ever asked of you without question or hesitation... from beating, to gundog training, to just accepting every new dog that jumps in the back of the car without having to 'meet' them first. Then there's the agility and the forthcoming showing event and accepting your new little sister... Most importantly your PAT dog work... to see you with the lads at Headley and being so gentle with the old folks in the home.. makes me burst with pride.
So thank you... You are that one in a million dog Hammy Hamster and I love you so much, I am the proudest mum for watching you grow into a such a beautiful girl that everyone loves and admires. You are my best friend and I have loved every minute of the last 3 years with you. xxxxx
