Cocoa is at the vet's again Sad
We now muzzle him in high risk areas where there is rubbish and he is likely to find discarded rubber balls. (For those new to LF - Cocoa is a compulsive eater of squishy rubber balls, and a frequent visitor to our vet).
Yesterday, he managed to get his muzzle off, and although it was only for a short time, it was probably long enough for him to have got hold of something. Evil or Very Mad
Today, he has not been himself, has been sick and is not interested in food, so have taken him to the vet to be on the safe side. She has kept him in for an X ray to see if there is any obstruction.
Please send all the vibes you can spare for 'no obstruction'
We are worried silly over this - a 4th operation is not something I want to contemplate...

Oh Annette what a worry.

Let's hope it's just a tummy bug, as there does seem to be one doing the rounds at the moment.

Vet has just phoned - X ray shows something in the intestine which may be a piece of bone, which they are going to have to remove immediately.
So our poor baby has to go through it all again.... Sad
OH has completely gone to pieces and shut himself away, so I'm on my own at the moment with only LF for support.
Will keep you posted when we hear anything from the vet.

Here to support you Annette - it's obviously tough for you both and you both have different ways of dealing with it...

Keeping fingers crossed and speedy recovery vibes are heading your way!
