I just found out that the pup we sold to my friend got hit by a car and died =( She only had her for 2 weeks!! I am actually really annoyed about it..Why was she on the road =( My heart is breaking. She was my favourite girl! My feelings are really all over the place right now...It makes me really disgusted to be honest..She should have been looking after the pup properly. Who lets a pup on the road?!!

Crying or Very sad

that is terribly sad news, I am so sorry.

(((HUGS))) Maybe consider it could have happened through other possible reasons? she may have jumped out of someones arms (ok not ideal but it can happen) or her collar may have not been tight enough. Or they may have accidentally let go of the lead. (as it may sit better in your mind if you felt it were a true accident rather than an irresponsible thing to have happened). They may have been chasing her to catch her, not realising they were pushing her further into danger? Inexperienced owners would automatically want to chase a dog and it is not the best way to get a pup back.

I have always felt that there is no excuse for a dog to be hit by a car and I am not trying to defend the actions of the owner as I dont know the circumstances.

Im sure the owner feels utterly terrible about it.

Run free little pup.

So sorry for all concerned
Heidi :0(

Yes I guess there could be a reasonable explanation..But they have had another dog for years now..Why did this pup have to die? =( I really don't no what to think..And of course she must be feeling terrible too..I will be seeing her tomorrow and will find out what happened exactly..Hopefully.

I do really feel for you. Sadly however it happened is not going to change the outcome BUT it may make you feel better if it is a genuine accident.

I would be gutted if it had happened to any of my puppy's, it seems horribly unfair. Sad
