Some LF members and their dogs travelled down to Wiltshire for a Cold Game Training day yesterday. Were we ever lucky with the weather! It was like Summer again, again...
Such a lovely and informative day (thanks to our ace trainer, Di) with an amazing lunch (thanks to an ace chef, Becs) and brilliant company (thanks to all of you who came).
I took some photos, tried very hard to narrow it down to a handful of my favourites, and failed!
What a lovely lot of well behaved dogs!
Kerry's Lyra:
and again, with Kate and Lola waiting for their turn:
Lola's first ever pheasant :
Trina's Brogan was well up for it:
A non LF lab, but slipped this one in anyway. This bitch had a LOT of enthusiasm for the job
Bec's Mousey Brown can do it with her eyes shut:
One of two Sussex Spaniels there on the day, who acquired a lot of fans:
My handsome Barney:
and doing his stuff. Happy days, he is now 3 months post op to remove kidney and tumour - a milestone for him and us!
Lastly, Trina and Becs - with relatives Brogan and Mouse:
Didn't get any of my Wylye who was out in the morning, which I am a bit sad about.
