Hi, little puzzled here, loosing my patience with Bella, she's such a fussy eater! Mad After my recent thread asking what friut and veg you can give them I decided to start her with some. Yesterday I tried her with an orange, didn't touch it. Got to admit it was funny when all the juice spat out at her, she started pouncing on it and everything! Laughing
This morning I thought I'd try her on apple and carrot. Didn't touch either so....
Me been really determined I chopped them both up, stuck them in a pan, mushed them up, froze them and put them in her bowl. I also mixed in a few treats, this way she couldn't resist. Wink Give her 10 minutes to eat it all, came back to check what she did to find somehow, she had left everything but the treats! Evil or Very Mad Laughing
So, is it something I need to give time for her to get used to or it there another way of giving them their fruit and veg.
Also here's the link to my other thread about fruit and veg.
Don't know if anyone will find it useful. Smile
Here you go!

max will happily eat most veggies (but being a true lab theres not much that he wont eat Rolling Eyes )
he loves a bit of orange but it has to be "maxed" first Laughing this can take up to half an hour per segment Shocked

first take it and spit it out.
next bark at it.
then jump on it.
next shake it.
then 5 mins of chucking it about all over the place.
then gently take in between paws and bite in half.
repeat the whole process with each half.
and finally when its covered in fluff and hairs.........
eat it Laughing Laughing
