Hi
From weaning Abbey from puppy bites to adult chicken and rice she had a very upset stomach even though we did it gradually. We cut out all her treats and just fed her the burns and she still had a very runny tummy.After speaking to the vet we put her on a rice and egg diet for 3 days and then we re-introduced Lamb and rice burns (after reading that lots of the labs on here dont get on with the chicken variety i decided to try the lamb) gradually back into her diet and she has been fine. Which suggests only one thing that the adult chicken and rice just didnt suit her - Well it wouldnt after buying a 15kg bag of it !!!
Anyway i spoke to burns about it today and i have got to send them a sample of the chicken for it to be tested and they are sending me a complimentary 15kg bag of Lamb. They are so helpful and informative they have a double thumbs up from me
