Like many other of your darling Labbies Katie loves carrying sticks (if she gets to them before I do), well her latest and possibly daftest trick is when she goes for her morning swim in the river, she has been trying to pick up what she obviously thought was a very large stick, (usually at least twice as long as herself) but was in fact tree roots that were just under the water. After much pulling, tugging and splashing about, some of it suddenly broke off at which Katie lost her balance and went straight under the water 
Now whenever we go by the river she goes straight back to find more STICKS. Will she ever learn
