Changing from Beta Puppy Large Breed To Skinners How old

Hi all

After reading on here (diet forum) Im looking to change Molly on to Skinners Duck and Rice (my local shop stocks it 15kg £21.99).

Molly is just under 6 months. And I have just today Sad

got a new bag of Beta Puppy Large breed. It will last about 5 weeks so she will be 7 months old.

My question is she to young to change to this food.

For the first few months off puppy food, I tend to give a wee egg or some oily fish onto pup's kibble a couple of times per week. Still do with both, in fact, to make sure they are getting enough oil and protein. Might make you feel better doing this.

Should add - if feeding tinned fish,get the stuff in tomato sauce or spring water - brine is too salty
