I bought Corbie a Dublin Dog collar last September direct from Dublin Dog in the USA. It's been fantastic, not having to worry about soggy collars and especially when the pup has rolled in fox poop and it's wiped clean off without having to be put in the wash.

A few weeks ago I emailed their customer services as I had noticed Corbie's collar was starting to split and I had only had it around 5 months. I sent a photo with my email showing the damage.

They were extremely quick to reply, and I wasn't expecting them to send me a replacement collar, which they did the same day. Emails were very friendly and helpful.

Today I received Corbie's replacement collar (and it was posted on the day they said it would be). I emailed back to say how happy I was with their service and, again, a lovely friendly reply back and asking for piccies of Corbie for their website Very Happy

First rate customer service and extremely friendly and helpful too. I can't recommend them enough.

Seems that Dublin collars customer service is second to none and many other companies could learn from them.

I do wonder though if they have a manufacturing problem because there seems to be a lot of these collars splitting or breaking in some way.
