After reading the thread about collars snapping

Karen kindly emailed me the customer care address and also the link to their website which says they have a lifetime guarantee.
Well I finally got round to emailing them this weekend with photos of Charlie's collar and they've just emailed me back asking for my address to send a replacement
So well done and thank you Dublin Dog Co and to anyone else who has had problems, it's definitely worth emailing them
