hope this thread is not just for labbies...

Next door have a cocker spaniel and recently got a kitten from a nearby farm for their daughter (aged 11 and v. sensible) Mum took it to the vet for jabs and was given Frontline for cats. Well, Mum knew it was important to give the right thing to the right animal but mixed up the packets as they were on the same shelf. Next day, little cat was staggering - Mum realises, phones vet who says, Oh if it's lasted the night it'll probably be OK Twisted Evil

To cut a long story, it wasn't OK, started fitting and was PTS soon after.

Such a sweet little life cut short by total carelessness - Mum distraught, daughter NOT SPEAKING, Dad staying out of it. We can feel the vibes across the way:?

However happy ending - 1 kitten left from litter, now in residence....

Stuff for cat now kept in different cupboard.
