OK,
I have suddenly realised that with 2 new puppies our house that it hasn;t been dusted in 6 weeks Shocked Shocked
I have started going around with the duster and Jasper to find grey filth everywhere Shocked . I normally dust every 2 weeks as we have an african grey who creates a lot of dust and a child with mild asthma.

I wondered is this normal? Does everybody find that other than main tasks; hoovering, washing, washing up etc that some things slide when you acquire a puppy? We are not particually houseproud (well I'm not) but we like things tidy and the kitchen/bathroom clean but things have got out of hand. Am I just using 2 puppies as an excuse??? Wink Wink

Much love,

Emma

Fraid so... Embarassed
I find it much more satisfying to leave dust and muddy pawprints until Someone's Coming then it all looks nice and clean for the visitors Wink and if someone pops in - take me as you find me Dearie Very Happy

I do try to keep on top of the demand for food and clean undies tho' Wink

Laughing @ sheila.

Yes our house is the same, I thought basil might shed less in the cold but no Sad

Hair on windowledges, bathrooms he doesn't go in , the firdge, pretty much everywhere.
I do a clean each week to liveable standards and every now and then a mega clean every now and then and for visitors - that barely lasts a day.
I know when people visit they must go home covered in dog hair but I can't do anything about it as you can only clean before not reall during having visitors.

I am quite a clean-aholic but have learned to live with it now as it's not worth the effort.
