Was gonna make some liver cake for Milo, can't I use pigs liver?? has it got to be lambs?

No you can make liver cake with any sort of liver. Go ahead and use the pigs liver.
I find Lambs liver gives a better texture...but hey what does it matter its going to get eaten? I'm sure Milos not going to mind! lol

Mine smelt fine, but was like a brick! Thought I could make a whole batch and build a bar-be-que from them.
