in brief.........

31 years ago, we had a gorgeous yellow labbie girl called .............

wait for it...........

Sandy!! (original....no!! but I was only 10 years old!!)

I was thinking about her the other day, and asked my dad about her. He found the pedigree papers but they do not show her kennel name. Sadly she was never able to eat much solid food, to cut a long story short, an exploratory operation showed that her intestines were all knotted together and she passed away the next day.

I dont remember the ins and outs, but we had another puppy from the same place, again, another yellow, she was a gorgeous girl too, we called her.............

Sandy 2!!!

She lived to a ripe old age, and died suddenly while she was staying with friends (my parents were away on holiday) and loved nothing better than to escape from our house, leg it down the road and swim up and down the middle of the river, where we couldnt get to her!!

I have pedigree papers (with numbers?) for both girls, dates of birth and the breeders name, which I will post below, (I shan't post the breeders name but feel free to pm me) I was wondering if it is possible to trace the names of these girls.

I hope that I have spelt all these names correctly, the pedigree papers are all hand written and it was over 30 years ago!!
