Hello

I have just started using a head training collar as she tends to pull with out it, and it improves our walks allot!

She is fine when we are walking but as soon as we get to a grass area, she rubs her head on the grass and lays down still rubbing her head to get the head collar off.

I know it's not too tight, she just needs to get used to it.

What do i do when she does this? Shall I ignore her, or tell her NO or LEAVE IT?

You need to persevere, Danny was exactly like you describe when we got to the grass, give a command like "ah ah" and move on...

I was in pets at home the other day with Jayda and we were standing in the que. She them started doing her rubbing on the floor thing again! In this situation I cannt move on. Do I say 'ah ah' then try stand her up?

Thanks. x

Loki did this too but on my leg! I said leave it and as soon as he stopped rubbing gave him a piece of sausage. I did this at the beginning when I was putting it on for a few mins to get used to it before we went out, he still tries to rub every now and again but stops as soon as I say leave it. His is not too tight either but it clearly annoys him and makes him itch he likes a good nose rub when we get home!!!

yes... do anything you can to distract her from rubbing... stand her, ask her to sit etc.
