I have coded in the ability to have a country flag denoting your country in the forums underneath avatar etc see my UK flag on left

To set your country simply go to http://www.labradorforums.co.uk/modules.php?name=Forums&file=profile&mode=editprofile

scroll down to the new dropdown menu for Country Flag: and choose the relevant country.

Enjoy
