Kohkoh was pts yesterday and the grand old age of 17. She took her last breath with my sister Debbie giving her one final cuddle. Kohkoh was a delightful girl and loved my Smudgey but still loved to have a moan at him. Can imagine her now up in Rainbow Bridge having a natter with him Laughing

Koks you will leave a very special place in all our hearts and am very upset to see you go. You are now in no more pain and you can now run free and play with Smudge and Sam
Be good and please leave the big dogs alone. I will look after mummy for you
Kohkoh will have her ashes sprinkled at Appley Beach in Ryde IOW which is a lovely place for dogs to go too.

My sister just sent me this lovely fitting poem

You came to me as a ball of fur
You fit in the palm of my hand.
I never knew a love so pure,
Never had I planned

To feel the way you made me feel
When you looked into my eyes
And licked me gently to let me know
You would always be by my side.

We loved to run and play and laugh
And for many years that was our way
But time was our enemy sweet baby
And now you have gone away.

I cherish all the memories
I hold within my mind
The good, the funny and naughty
I wish time we could rewind

I remember the care you took
When Lahni came along
Always lying right beside her
You would never do her wrong

You always seemed to know my mood
And offered your support
A gentle head upon my knee
A kiss for my comfort

There’s a hollow space upon my bed
Where you used to sleep next to me
I miss your warmth, your fur, your kiss
Feeling the way you breathed

I know that your body and mind were tired
Though you hung on til the end
But baby girl you know time will pass
And one day we’ll be together again

So now my sweet we’ll say adieu
For sadly we now must part
Bur never say goodbye my love
You will live forever in my heart.
