  |
|
Since the start of our new competition for ''Lab of the month'' we have been contacted by many of our members with their heart warming & special stories, as to why they feel their lab should be nominated for this special award. Thank you for all your wonderful stories, these will automatically go into next months competition for the award.
There can only be one winner though and for the month of August, we are proud to announce a very special labrador called ''Max'' as the lab of the month. Here is a little story written by his owner, Jane - it''s clear he has made a huge difference in her life, and has certainly touched our hearts as well as many others i''m sure.
Jane writes:
"I would like to nominate my Max. Before my daughter Jules gave me Maxie i just could find no reason for getting up in the morning as i suffer with severe depression.
I have had max for 10 months now and the difference he has made to my life is just so good. I also suffer with agrophobia which meant i was practically house bound before Max came bouncing into my life. i now manage to get out every day with him, so to me he''s not just lab of the month he''s special every single day."
We couldn''t agree more Jane, here is the little superstar himself, here''s Max - our very own ''Labforums Lab Of The Month''
Congratulations Jane & Max!!
Thanks once again for all your stories, if you would like to enter your lab for this award please email us your story to julie@labradorforums.co.uk. We look forward to hearing from you. (Winners will receive a special award & prize)
