Truffle who is now 20 weeks old and starting to push the rules a liitle bit decided to hit the bottle last week.
He spotted the wine rack, was drawn towards a bottle of red and decided to take it from the rack. Unfortunately he then dropped it onto the ceramic tiles where it broke. Its been said labradors are quick learners so he tried to hide the evidence by drinking the contents, including and more concerning the broken bits of glass.
When we got to him 30 mins later,he was very cuddly, not certain if it was guilt or the affects of the wine.
Took him to the vet who relieved me of £26 for a quick check over and told to keep an eye on him. Thankfully no further problems so looks as if he hasn't done any damage internally.
Wonder whats next!
