Morning guys, Hope you are all having fun and not suffering as bad as we are with the heat... Kaye took Bailey and I out for a stroll around the harbour last night and wished she hadn't.......it may have looked like it had cooled down here but by the time we got there........well look at the pictures... We walked up this big hill to a building?!? What's a light house? As you go up the hill you get the opportunity to use telescopes to help see Wales....unfortunately the air was too muggy and you couldn't see any of Wales at all so Kaye said we'd save the 20p and bid on Maxie's tickets This is the map that shows you (on a clear day) what you can see from this point Wow....when we reached the top...this is what we could see....how great? We walked back down a different way so we could try and get a picture......that's me in front of the arrow [img] And then we walked to the other side of the harbour (barging past all the grockles) that is the light house on the hill http://www.labradorforums.co.uk/modules/Photo_Gallery/albums /album63/Combe_024.sized.jpg[/img] While I was sitting on the lobster basket things this was my view Bailey really struggled though.....it was still far too hot for him to go out and it took ages for him to cool down and become comfortable again I was getting a little worried to be honest and told Kaye that we will leave him at home in the shade next time....poor boy Another hot day here so i'm all excited to find out where i'm going today Hugs and licks Barco and Bailey

Hi Barco O you poor boys in all that heat, hope Bailey's recovered. The harbour looks a lovely place, shame you couldn't look through the telescope things, but as you said more pennies for Max . I've never seen a lighthouse, looks very big,did you see a light? . Was there any lobster in the basket , be careful Barco as they can nip . Hope it's a cooler day for you & Bailey and you go somewhere nice. Woofs To you and Bailey Sox

Hi Barco Tilly here, Gosh you have been busy again........Grandma says Auntie Kaye must of been mad climbing that hill in the heat Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwbro, look at you I know it's so hot innit, I have just been laying down all day....I got hot and puffy jusy walking to my water bowl. I think Barco is right, you had better stay in the cool at home, no one wants you to get poorly I wonder what Auntie Kaye has planned for you next? Poor Bailey and Barco - I hope you didn't suffer too much with the heat! Scooby is feeling hot as well and is spending all day lying on the kitchen tiles. I have been giving him a few ice-cubes to crunch which he enjoys Well I hope it cools down slightly so that you can see more tomorrow! Bye for now Tracey and Scooby

Hi Barco, I lie on the kitchen floor too, in the parts I hav`nt pulled up yet anyway You`ve been on some really lovely walks, wish I could go places like that, would want it to be a lot coolere though, hope Bailey is feeling ok today. Woofs and Pants CJ

Hi Barco Looks like you are having a nice time,the view from that hill is lovely ,its a shame its so hot isnt it but Auntie kaye will take very good care of you Be careful Bailey doesnt get to hot ,i got too hot and had to go in my pool today,but Bailey looked nice and cool on the kitchen floor That was a good idea to save the 20p for our mates Max's GT tickets I wonder where Auntie Kaye is taking you next?
