Someone help pleeeeeease and tell me there are beds on market that she won't be able to destroy! OH has said enough is enough she can lie on bottom of crate (yea rite) Twisted Evil
Oh and by the way she has stuffed kongs toys the lot to occupy her and she is not left long in there (when pop to shops or through the night she will have a go)!

Have you tried vet bed its thinner but very comfy and keeps them snuggly and warn and you can wash on 60oc and tumble dry it too. Very Happy

Ebay sell it Very Happy

I used this for Majic and she prefered to lie on that than her bed in the end Rolling Eyes

Jet has shredded every bed I have ever put in his crate EXCEPT vet bed, I don't know what it is about it but he simply doesn't chew it or rip it. I wish he could have a fancier bed but every time I try the bed has a life expectancy of about 3 days Sad

Forgot to say it's quick and easy to wash too, there was a posting on here somewhere with a link to a very reasonably priced supplier, cheaper and better quality than I have found elsewhere

Gracie does this too - we have gone through three beds, one duvet and lots of cushions. There is a fleecy pad on the bottom of the crate, which is all I have left. But slowly that is disappearing. I really don't know what to try next!

In the good old days (here she goes again Laughing ) we had a JRT which destroyed just about everything she could get her teeth into.

We didn't have crates in thoses days (gawd can you imagine it Wink ) and the only bed we ever had that she couldn't destroy, was one of those hard plastic ones (she did redesign the edges of it though). We used to get old blankets from jumbles sales to put in it for her. She did go through quite a few blankets, but at least they were really cheap to replace. Wink

Our pups are spoiled these days, with their nice soft fluff filled beds.....They just had to rough it a bit back then but they didn't seem to mind. Wink

We had the same problem with our youngest Troy, got through endless beds, duvets etc. Now the boys have proper woven rugs in the bottom of their crates, the sort that you would lay in front of your fire.

Troy has only magaged to nibble the very edges and because it is woven, it hasn`t fraid. It is easy to clean as I just use the hoover, and then when it is very dirty use the proper carpet shampooer. Does the job, perfect.
