Hi Mona,

First go here http://www.snapfiles.com/download/dlirfan.html and download irfran, its an image manipulation app and more importantly its only an 800kb download

Dont bother changing associations during installtion, so click the none button and next.

Once installed, start the application

Click File, then Open and choose the file you wish to resize.

Choose Resize/Resample from the Image Menu at the top.

Uncheck the "Preserve Aspect Ratio" Checkbox at the bottom of the options displayed.

Then simply type in 200 and 150 (Or whatever size you wish to resize an image to) in the Set New Size Width and Height Text Spaces.

Then click the OK button

Then before saving the image check the filesize is low enough to upload, ie. <100Kb,

Go to Image menu, then Information and check the Disk Size is below 100Kb.

Then simply Save the new image.

Hope this helps - i will add a new post onto the forums later also with some guidelines. Wink
