trying to order a couple of dublin collars but dont know what size to order, scoobys neck measures 21 inches but the large goes up to 21?? the x large starts at 23 inches so do i buy the 21 and have it on a looser hole or the xlarge and wear it tighter to give a bit of growing room?
not sure if the measurements on the website are going on the lenth of the collar or the size of the dogs neck?? help!!

I thought Charlie would need the XL so ordered that but when it came it was big enough to fit an elephant!!!!
It's way too wide and long so we swapped it for the large. It fits fine except the little loop where the spare bit of collar tucks in is a bit far away from the buckle so only just tucks in.
I'm sure Scooby will be fine with the large

I would say go for the large too, when we ordered Marley's collar his neck measured 17inches which is what the large started at so i ordered that one but it was way too big so i had to wait for a couple of months for him to grow into it  it looks great now

that is still the question!! cant decide,
